Jan-Hendrik advises on a wide range of financing transactions in the energy, infrastructure and leveraged finance sectors, with a particular focus on transactions at the crossover of leveraged finance and energy and infrastructure finance, both in Germany and internationally.

His clients include sponsors, borrowers, PE and infrastructure funds, energy companies, banks, institutional investors and alternative debt providers (including private credit funds). His practice spans renewables and energy transition, conventional power, traditional infrastructure and digital infrastructure, covering the full spectrum of debt products from infrastructure finance, acquisition finance and project finance to portfolio and HoldCo financings.
