  • Large financial institution in connection with a CFTC investigation concerning non-disclosure agreements.
  • Ride share company in a federal securities class action arising from its 2019 IPO.

Pro bono

  • Third party intervention in the European Court of Human Rights supporting the annulment of a regulation requiring transgender individuals to undergo surgical sterilization in order to obtain legal gender recognition.
  • Name change applications for several transgender individuals in connection with the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund (TLDEF).
  • Investigation into allegations of sexual assault of a minor on behalf of USRowing.
