Representative matters

  • Cinven on its acquisition, via its portfolio company Netceed, of Amadys, a leading provider of end-to-end connectivity solutions in the Benelux, UK and DACH regions (previous firm experience).
  • RELX on the acquisition by LexisNexis of Henchman, a Belgian-based legal tech company which enriches data from document management systems (DMSs) for faster document drafting using AI-technology (previous firm experience).
  • General Atlantic, on its strategic investment in Odoo, a leading provider of open-source integrated software applications (previous firm experience).
  • WorxInvest, a Belgian-based investment firm rooted in SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR and payroll solutions, on several transactions including the sale of its minority stake in SD Worx to CVC as well as its acquisition of the minority stake held by the Flemish government in Gimv, a listed European investment company (previous firm experience).
  • Hg Capital and the c-founders on the sale of Silverfin, a Belgian and UK technology group having developed a leading cloud-based financial reporting and compliance platform, to Visma (previous firm experience).
  • Xior Student Housing, a real estate company specialised in student housing, on the acquisition of a portfolio with 5,341 residential units from BaseCamp for EUR 939 million in Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Poland (previous firm experience).
