Heather Mowbray

Senior Associate

Heather is responsible for managing over 60 lawyers who provide legal services for the firm’s wider disputes and investigations practice. 
Heather has significant experience running large, complex, cross-jurisdictional document reviews. She advises around the use of technology on review, and leverages flexible resourcing to deliver efficient and effective solutions for both discovery and fact finding investigations. She also has gained a depth of knowledge around legal case management and process improvement and can utilise multiple aspects of Advanced Delivery to provide the highest quality output for clients.
 
The team in ADL includes junior, mid-level and senior associates who can provide end-to-end associate support during the life cycle of a dispute or investigation. The team are frequently seconded to offices throughout the network and client sites to provide resource and support during critical phases of a matter.
 
Heather’s main practice area is supporting the firm’s London and European offices. She also heads the Document Review Management team which strives to provide best practice, efficiency, and profitability within document reviews.
