Harry advises on the project development and construction aspects of transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. 

He has experience advising both sponsors and lenders on new technology projects such as green hydrogen, green ammonia and green steel technologies, as well as renewable energy, nuclear power, petrochemical, mining, and transport projects.

Harry’s approach to commercial transactions is informed by his prior experience acting on a range of construction-related claims and disputes, with particular experience in extension of time and cost claims and disputes relating to performance security.

Representative matters

Sizewell C on the construction of the GBP22bn Sizewell C nuclear plant project in the UK.

The ECAs and lenders on the first of a kind utility-scale 1m+ tpa Helios green hydrogen and ammonia project (including solar and wind generation) in KSA. This multi-billion dollar project includes the world’s first large-scale green ammonia offtake contract.

The lenders to Palisade Investment Partners Limited and First Sentier in connection with their acquisition of a 50% interest in the 420MW Macarthur Wind Farm in Australia.

NineDot Energy on the construction of a portfolio of battery storage and solar generation projects across New York. 

The sponsor on the financing, including ECA supported financing, for the establishment of a propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene production facility in the Ceyhan Energy Specialization Industrial Zone in the Ceyhan district of Adana, Turkey.
