Hannah has acted on a wide range of corporate real estate and real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial lettings for both landlord and tenant, and lending secured against real estate assets for both borrower and lender.
She advises private financial institutions, developers and private equity funds across multiple asset classes, including prime office space, residential-led developments, care homes, retail space and warehousing/distribution assets.
