Haley Schwab


Haley Schwab is an associate in the Capital Markets practice. She represents public and private companies, investment banks and sponsors in corporate and finance matters, including securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions, corporate governance and public company reporting and compliance.
Haley also frequently works with our pro bono practice and recently assisted Amicus and the Public International Law & Policy Group.

Underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering of $2.0 billion, $1.5 billion, $3.75 billion, $2.75 billion, $4.25 billion, $2.75 billion, $4.25 billion and $2.75 billion aggregate principal amounts of investment-grade notes by Amgen, Inc.

Mubadala Investment Company in a private placement transaction for an aggregate purchase price of $20 million of Common Stock of NextDecade Corporation.

Investment firm in its $75.0 million investment in an enterprise AI SaaS company.

ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc. in its $20 million tender offer.
