  • A multinational financial institution on the acquisition of 100% of TSB Banking Group plc from Banco Sabadell with a valuation of GBP2.65 billion.
  • A global aviation services company on its acquisition of Nordic Aviation Capital Designated Activity Company from NAC Holdings Limited for a total transaction value of over USD2bn. 
  • An entertainment and events insurance company on a novel insurance intermediation arrangement with Allianz Global Corporate & Speciality SE across 20 jurisdictions.
  • An international operator of convenience retail, food service and fuel stations on its sale of its Italian business.
  • The trustees of a multinational telecommunications holding company pension scheme on a GBP5 bn longevity swap with Swiss Re Europe S.A..
  • Dubai Aerospace Enterprise on its USD9bn acquisition of Macquarie AirFinance.

  • Advising pregnant women and new parents on a range of topics relating to maternity rights.
  • Providing advice and  support to individuals with disabilities and/or medical conditions with completing their disability benefit application forms.
