He specializes in advising private equity clients and their portfolio companies, handling both cross-border and domestic matters.

He holds a Master's degree in European Business Law from the University of Lorraine, in France. Guillaume joined the firm in 2025. Prior to this, he gained experience at a top-tier Luxembourg law firm.
