  • Saudi Electricity Company (as sponsor member of successful sponsor consortium), on Qassim 1 and Taiba 1 IPP projects procured by Saudi Power Procurement Company.
  • Sponsors, on the key project agreements relating to a multi-purpose large-scale utilities project in the Red Sea, KSA.
  • Developers, on the key project contracts and technology licensing agreements relating to the expansion of a large-scale fertiliser facility in Nigeria.
  • Saudi Electricity Company, as Developer on the key project agreements relating to Rabigh Reinforcement CCGT IPP project.
