  • NNB Generation Company (SZC) Limited (a subsidiary of EDF) on the construction and development (including procurement and project delivery arrangements) of the GBP22bn Sizewell C nuclear power plant project in the UK. 
  • The lenders on the financing and development of water treatment facilities for Stegra’s first-of-a-kind giga-scale hydrogen and green steel project in Sweden. 
  • AESC on the development and financing of a 9GWh lithium-ion car battery gigafactory in the UK, including supply agreements.
