She has experience in a range of derivatives, structured finance and financing transactions including securities programmes for the issuance of structured notes, repackagings and margin loans. 

She has also involved in OTC derivative regulatory matters such as assisting financial institutions on compliance with margin rules and negotiating variation margin documentation.
