She regularly advises on both domestic and cross border transactions, acting for arrangers, sponsors, financing providers, debt funds and borrowers across the capital structure on a wide range of debt instruments, including syndicated and corporate loans, high yield bonds and private placements of notes.

Before joining the firm, Federica was an associate in another primary standing international law firm.
