Eva advises clients on the intellectual property, technology, and data privacy aspects of complex transactional matters across a wide range of industries, including software, fintech, semiconductor, artificial intelligence, and mobile technology.

Her practice encompasses mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions, as well as technology-related commercial matters such as development and licensing agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, hosting agreements, and sourcing transactions.

Eva’s experience includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of technology and intellectual property-related agreements, including license agreements, purchase agreements, credit agreements, security agreements, assignment agreements, and other ancillary documents. She also assists in managing the intellectual property, technology, and privacy aspects of corporate and financing transactions, such as private equity investments, capital market offerings, and secured lending on behalf of lenders, investors, and borrowers.
