  • Dutch media company in a Phase II merger control procedure before the Dutch Competition Authority.
  • Major airline in proceedings before national courts, the General Court and the Court of Justice concerning State aid. 
  • Dutch company in litigation before the national courts relating to the right to the peaceful enjoyment of possessions under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 ECHR.
  • Dutch gambling company in judicial proceedings concerning the compatibility of national licensing regimes with EU law.
  • Dutch telecom operator in a Phase II merger control procedure before the Dutch Competition Authority.
