Eric advises public and private companies on a broad range of executive compensation, employment, and employee benefits matters in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
Eric regularly counsels clients on the employment and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, including matters involving executive employment agreements, equity- and cash-based incentive compensation plans, retention and severance arrangements, and other labor-related considerations. He also advises clients on general employment matters such as hiring, terminations, and internal workplace policies.

In addition, Eric has experience advising U.S. and global public companies on compensation-related disclosure obligations, securities and tax law compliance, and corporate governance issues. During his time in law school, Eric served as a legal intern in the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
