Eric advises sell-side, buy-side and supranational clients across a broad range of structured finance products. He specialises in synthetic securitisation, repacks and other secured note issuances and has experience in a variety of other products from TRS platforms to OTC derivatives.

Eric has been the lead adviser on a number of the most complex and innovative significant risk transfer deals in the European market, combining regulatory expertise with an efficient approach to problem-solving. He has also advised leading insurers on a range of CRT transactions.

He is a regular panellist at CRT industry conferences, including recently as a moderator of a panel discussing the evolution of the unfunded SRT market at Invisso’s 2025 SRT symposium in London and as a speaker on a panel discussing securitisation and the fund finance market at the FFA European Fund Finance Symposium in 2024. He has also assisted the IACPM with its response to the EBA’s consultation on the EU STS guidelines.
