Emma advises investors, owner/occupiers, developers, lenders and financiers on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions across numerous sectors, including developments and financings, sales and purchases of direct and indirect real estate investments, and lettings acting for both landlords and tenants, including on HQ relocations. 

She has over 18 years’ experience acting for institutional investors on a range of transactions across asset classes, including corporate acquisitions and disposals, investment in real estate vehicles and joint venture structures. Emma is well known for her wide-ranging experience advising sponsors and funders on the most complex development and acquisition financings. She has a background in landlord and tenant law and advises both landlords and tenants on the most high-value and complex leasehold transactions across a range of asset classes.

Emma is recognised by Legal 500 UK 2024 as a “Next Generation Partner” in the “Commercial Property – Investment” category and has been described by Legal 500 as an “accomplished negotiator of commercial leases”.
