Her experience includes repackaging programmes, risk retention financing, repos and structured notes. She also has experience advising on OTC derivatives transactions across a variety of asset classes, including equities.

Ella works with major international banks and funds across jurisdictions. Ella has spent time in our New York office on secondment.

Ella also has a keen interest in pro bono, with a particular focus on forced displacement work. She has experience advising asylum seekers on family reunion visas, and their immigration detention rights. Ella is a Project Lead on an advice clinic run in collaboration with Bail for Immigration Detainees.
