David advises on transactions across several jurisdictions, with a particular focus on transactions involving issuers in the Nordic region.
David has spent time on secondment at the firm’s Rome office and at a major international bank.
David advises both managers and issuers on a wide range of investment grade DCM transactions, including regulatory capital issuances by financial institutions, high profile blue chip corporate bond issuances and green bond issuances.
