Daniel advises lead managers and issuers on a range of debt capital markets work for financial institutions and corporates, including regulatory capital, Eurobonds, digital bonds, debt funding programmes and liability management.
He has a particular focus on raising and refinancing regulatory capital for banks, building societies and insurance companies and he is also closely involved in a number of the firm’s fintech initiatives, including process automation and digital bond issuance.
