A&O Shearman has acted as U.S. and English counsel to DNB Bank ASA (A financial services group) on its offering of USD750m Senior Non-Preferred Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes due October 2032. The notes were issued under DNB’s USD15 billion Medium-Term Note Program.

The transaction supports the ongoing funding strategy of DNB, Norway’s largest financial services group and one of the largest in the Nordic region by market capitalization. 

The A&O Shearman transaction team was led by partner Diana Billik, alongside associate Georges Haddad on U.S. law matters and partner Daniel Fletcher with senior associate Enakshi Jha on English law matters.
