He has acted for both borrowers and lenders in multiple domestic and cross-border transactions. Daan works with major domestic and international clients, such as companies, banks and PE houses. He joined A&O Shearman in 2024 after graduating with a master’s degree in Tax Law from Maastricht University and a master’s degree in Business & Law from Radboud University.
