Cristina advises domestic and international clients on a range of corporate matters, including private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructuring.

She has experience in various sectors, such as life sciences, energy and infrastructure.

She has been involved in several deals, both in Spain and abroad, drafting and negotiating main transaction documents, conducting due diligence and providing board secretary services. She has also assisted clients with joint ventures and commercial contracts.
