Cornelia focuses on advising national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law as well as in the connected field of social security law.

Cornelia advises national and international public and private companies on all labour law matters, including executive compensation, employee benefit matters, disputes with senior and top-executives, complex employment, service and termination arrangements and solutions for cross-border and multijurisdictional employment. Her extensive expertise also includes negotiating works agreements, reconciliations of interests and social plans, and supporting and representing clients in complex court actions in all court instances.

In addition to providing practical legal support to her clients in respect of their day-to-day employment law related work, Cornelia also advises on the employment issues implicated in mergers and company acquisitions, IPOs and restructurings.

With more than 20 years of experience as an employment lawyer, including working in the employment law team of one of the big four auditors, and her prior training and work in the banking sector, Cornelia is particularly qualified to understand the business challenges facing her clients and to develop creative and pragmatic solutions.
