He provides assistance to national and international clients operating in different sectors (i.e. financial institutions, industrial and manufacturing, retail, TMT, temporary agency) on contentious and non-contentious matters, with specific reference to drafting employment, collaboration and agency contracts, hiring, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals and transfers. In addition, Claudio advises clients on due diligence exercises and on the employment side of M&A transactions.
