Charlie advises both lenders and borrowers on multi-jurisdictional finance transactions, with a focus on corporate lending, leveraged finance and asset finance.

Charlie is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and practised law in the UK prior to moving to Amsterdam. She graduated from Durham University in 2012.
