Catherine has worked on a range of projects including due diligence on large loan portfolios, managing a loan transfer for a global client, and assisting with LIBOR remediation projects, as well as working directly with the in-house teams on corporate lending transactions including amendments and new financings.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Catherine has spent time on secondment to a client office assisting with the vendor due diligence and company secretarial assistance in preparation for a multi-billion pound sale of the company. She is also a member of the ADL Banking team which assists Banking teams across the firm's network.
