He specialises in both transactional and litigation aspects of IP law. In addition, Caspar specializes in corporate M&A deals and commercial contracting, with a particular focus on IP-related transactions in e.g. the technology sector and life sciences sector.

He has gained hands-on experience supporting in a wide range of IP matters, including the drafting and negotiation of complex licensing agreements, advising on IP aspects of commercial contracts, and supporting the management of IP portfolios. Caspar’s dual focus on intellectual property and corporate transactions allows him to offer integrated support on IP-driven deals.

Caspar completed his LL.M. in Information Law at the Institute for Information Law (IViR), affiliated with the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, Caspar gained experience at various law firms.
