Cameron’s experience is centred around large transactions in the road, rail, electrical and social infrastructure sectors. 

Cameron also has a particular focus on public-private partnerships and has acted for government entities and procurement authorities as well as equity sponsors and lenders.

Prior to moving to the UAE, Cameron worked for a global law firm in its projects practice in Sydney, Australia.

Representative matters

The Plenary-led Parklife Metro consortium in respect of the AUD$5.7 billion PPP for the systems, stations, trains, operation and maintenance of the Sydney Metro –Western Sydney Airport.*

The equity sponsors on the restructuring of a tollroad PPP in Australia following disputes between sponsors, D&C Subcontractor, O&M Subcontractor and the State.*

Transport for NSW in connection with its AUD$450m procurement of an Asset Manager for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Harbour Tunnel.*

The Plenary-led Regionerate Rail consortium on its bid for the Inland Rail – Gowrie to Kagaru design-build-finance-maintain PPP.*

An Australian State Government on the restructuring of a rail PPP following disputes with the SPV and subcontractors over substantial claims.*
