Brandon Abrams
Brandon’s practice focuses on defending mergers and acquisitions before the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, state antitrust authorities, and foreign competition authorities.

He also counsels clients on a range of antitrust matters including government investigations and business conduct and compliance issues.

Brandon represents clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, defense, chemicals, oil and gas, and various software and technology sectors. Before joining the firm, Brandon interned at the Federal Trade Commission and worked at another leading international law firm.
