Audrey represents clients in complex commercial disputes and investigations, with experience advising in cyber incident response, data privacy protection, and class action litigation.

Audrey is a litigation and investigations associate in the New York City office of A&O Shearman. Audrey supports clients across a range of industries on complex litigation, regulatory investigations, and cybersecurity incident response.

Audrey earned her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law where she represented clients in the Federal Criminal Defense Clinic before the United States District Courts in the Northern and Southern District of Iowa.

Audrey is a former law clerk to Judge Leonard T. Strand in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.
