Anthony advises on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including private acquisitions and disposals, public M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets transactions and strategic investments.
Anthony also has a broad range of experience on general advisory matters such as corporate governance and activism.
 
Anthony has significant experience advising on public M&A transactions and spent seven months on secondment at Rothschild & Co in 2021/22. During that period Anthony acted as one of the principal contacts, both internally and externally, providing specialist Takeover Code advice on a wide range of transactions, in a record-breaking year for the bank. 
 
Anthony has a varied range of sector experience but has a keen interest in sports and has acted on numerous investments across the sporting sector.
