Anne advises on a broad range of capital markets transactions including EMTN and commercial paper programmes, use of proceeds bonds, corporate hybrid issuances, sustainability-linked bonds and liability management exercises.

She acts for both managers and issuers (including corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns and supra-nationals), across various jurisdictions including the Nordics, central Europe and the UK as well as in emerging markets.

Anne is a Danish national and has previously worked in the firm's capital markets practice in Milan, advising major financial institutions and corporates on their EMTN programmes.

Experience

Pro bono

Anne undertakes pro bono work with Maternity Action, a project providing free written advice to parents with queries in respect of parental rights.

Key topics include advising on rights during pregnancy, maternity leave, maternity pay, shared parental leave, redundancy and the right to return to work following a pregnancy.
