Aneesha advises a range of private equity funds, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies across a variety of sectors on multijurisdictional leveraged finance transactions.
She has experience in domestic and cross-border syndicated and direct lending, leveraged acquisitions, asset-based lending and general banking and finance.

Aneesha is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and is a committee member of the REACH Buddy Scheme, which is an associate-led initiative designed to provide mentoring and coaching to vacation scheme students from ethnic minority backgrounds.
