Ammar advises investment managers and sponsors across different asset classes on the organization and establishment of private investment funds in both U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions. He also represents institutional investors on their alternative asset portfolios, specifically in their investments and co-investments into private investment funds. He further advises investment managers and sponsors in their fund financings and regulatory matters.
