Alexandra advises on a range of corporate transactions, including cross-border public and private M&A covering different industry sectors as well as general corporate governance advice.
Alexandra has spent six months on secondment to the M&A legal team at Liberty Global Ltd. in London. Alexandra has also spent six months on secondment to A&O Shearman’s Singapore office.

Experience

Representative matters

  • Jefferies and Peel Hunt as joint sponsors, joint global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners to Raspberry Pi’s £542 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
  • Elemental Holding in connection with a $290 million equity private placement and investment from International Finance Corporation, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Polish Development Fund.

Pro bono

  • Advising Moree (Bulkify) in respect of various founder documents and support in preparation for a fundraising round (as part of the Green Tech Legal Collaborative).
  • Advising Global Generation on the update of its constitutional documents.
  • Supporting Maternity Action, the UK’s leading charity committed to promoting, protecting and enhancing the rights of all pregnant women, new mothers and their families to employment, social security and health care.
  • Assisting a nonprofit on comparative law research to support efforts in tackling emerging new online harms related issues and gender considerations.
