Alex Crespo van de Kooij

Associate

Alex advises on a wide range of matters in the energy sector, European Union law and competition law. 
He focuses on energy regulatory matters, covering inter alia electricity, gas, hydrogen, and heating, with particular attention on sustainability. Alex has advised clients on their dealings with competition and regulatory authorities such as the European Commission and the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets, in legal proceedings, and in complex national and cross-border transactions and project financings. His clients include inter alia grid operators, suppliers, customers, and investors.
 
 
Before joining the firm, Alex worked as a legal advisor at the energy department of the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets.
