Aidan has been advising international and regional sponsors, lenders and other institutions on project finance, corporate finance, leveraged finance and restructuring matters with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Aidan has experience in a wide range of energy and infrastructure work in the Middle East, Africa, UK, CIS and Europe. This includes financings, joint ventures, strategic investments, insolvency and restructuring and private M&A.

 An oil major in relation to a joint venture and project financing of two large solar farms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

An energy major on the refinancing of an existing solar farm in Abu Dhabi.

Saudi Electricity Company on an Islamic facility to support various inter-Middle East interconnection projects. 

An oil major in relation to the refinancing of an existing project and expansion financing of a new project in relation to a major petrochemical refinery. 

A global investment company on the refinancing of its real estate portfolio in Dubai.
