Adrian has a broad structured finance practice that covers securitisations (including CLOs), derivatives and other bespoke lending transactions.
Adrian regularly represents managers and arrangers in the European CLO market, advising on warehouse financings, actively managed or static public CLO transactions, retention financing arrangements and the establishment of risk retention funds. Adrian’s experience also includes acting on direct lending transactions across multiple asset classes in Europe and a wide range of derivatives transactions (including loan-linked hedging) in a variety of sectors.
