Adam’s practice focuses on complex civil and criminal investigations and litigation.
Adam represents individuals and corporations involved in anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and other regulatory investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulators, and has experience in securities and commercial litigation, including interviews and motion drafting. Adam maintains an active pro bono practice, closely follows legal trends in artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency, and is a regular commentator on white collar and regulatory enforcement developments.

  • United States District Court for the District of Arizona as Law Clerk for the Honorable John Hinderaker (September 2022–August 2024) in Tucson, AZ. Included appellate clerking experience when Judge Hinderaker sat by designation on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
