Aaron has experience advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of finance transactions, including corporate finance, Islamic finance, project finance, receivables finance and real estate finance. 
Aaron also has strong experience supporting clients’ in-house legal teams, having completed secondments to Emirates Global Aluminium in Dubai and The Commercial Bank in Doha.

Emirates Global Aluminium, as borrower, on USD6.5bn term loan and murabaha facilities.

Emirates Telecommunications Group Company, as borrower, on a USD7.5bn term loan facility.

The lenders on USD1.5bn term loan and murabaha facilities for Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC).

Atalaya Capital Management and Chimera Investment, as lenders, on a USD350m receivables-backed term loan facility for Tabby.

The lenders on a EUR1bn ECA-backed term loan facility with UK Export Finance (the UK export credit agency) and a EUR220m term loan facility in connection with the financing of the construction of Yerköy-Kayseri high speed train project in Turkey.
