Leading Vietnamese lawyer Hai Nguyen joins A&O Shearman in ASEAN

Hai brings a broad practice with extensive expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets. He has an in-depth knowledge of the legal landscape of Vietnam and energy and infrastructure expertise.
