IKS secures financing for TruBridge acquisition
A&O Shearman advised Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. (IKS), the U.S. subsidiary of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (NSE: IKS), as borrower on a loan financing for its acquisition of TruBridge, Inc.
