Our Capital Markets team represented the underwriters in connection with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s (CIBC) public offering of USD650 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior notes due 2028, USD850m aggregate principal amount of 4.243% fixed-to-floating senior notes due 2028 and USD1.0bn aggregate principal amount of 4.580% fixed-to-floating senior notes due 2031.
