Celebrating ten years: A&O Shearman's hallmark leveraged finance training camp returns October 20, 2026

This one-day program is designed for junior and mid-level professionals in leveraged finance, private equity, private credit, investment banking, and capital markets. Through presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions led by A&O Shearman partners, attendees will gain practical insights into today’s leveraged finance market and transaction landscape. This year's agenda will include the anatomy of a leveraged capital structure, financing commitments, credit agreements, restructuring fundamentals, covenant concepts, and more. 

Each year, LFTC welcomes more than 1,000 registrants, drawing an audience from many of the most well-regarded banking, private credit, private equity, and financial advisory firms in the U.S. and abroad. This year the program will again be hybrid, with a live option at the firm’s Manhattan office for a limited number of participants.
