A&O Shearman represents underwriters on Kinder Morgan USD1.85 billion notes offering

A&O Shearman represented the underwriters in connection with Kinder Morgan, Inc.’s offering of USD1.1bn of 5.150% Notes due 2030 and USD750 million of its 5.850% Notes due 2035. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes including repayment of commercial paper borrowings and refinancing upcoming debt maturities.

Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) is one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. Based in Houston, Kinder Morgan owns an interest in or operates approximately 79,000 miles of pipelines, 139 terminals, 700 billion Bcf of working natural gas storage capacity and 6.9 Bcf per year of renewable natural gas generation capacity.
