A&O Shearman represented Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. (Interbank) in connection with its offering of USD500m 4.800% Senior Notes due 2031.

Interbank is a leading provider of a wide range of financial products and banking services for retail customers and commercial clients in Peru and intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
