A&O Shearman represents initial purchasers on PCR’s USD400 million inaugural bond offering

A&O Shearman represented the initial purchasers in connection with the offering of USD400m 8.500% Notes due 2034 by Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia S.A. (PCR) and its subsidiary Luz de Tres Picos S.A., as co-issuers – PCR’s debut international bond offering. 

PCR is an Argentine independent energy company with more than 100 years of experience in the exploration and production of oil and gas and one of the largest independent renewable energy platforms in Argentina. PCR is the largest cement producer in Argentina's Patagonia region. The company also explores for and produces oil and gas in Argentina, Ecuador and the U.S., develops and operates wind and solar energy projects, and supplies cement to customers across Patagonia and southern Chile.
