A&O Shearman represented the initial purchasers in connection with Arcor S.A.I.C.’s offering of USD350m 7.600% Fixed Rate Notes due 2033 and the conditional full redemption of its Class 18 Notes, subject to consummation of the offering.
Arcor, based in Argentina, is a leading Latin American producer and exporter of confectionery products and one of the world’s largest producers of hard candy. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance indebtedness and related expenses as well as general corporate purposes.
